Receptionists these days, why cant they complete all their assigned tasks, maybe be a little proactive and do something without having to be told once in a while and, for fuck sake, make sure the water dispenser always has a full bottle of water! I guess they think bending over backwards ... and maybe forwards ... will make everything all right!!!
